Who we are
This website belongs to Kairo James Music, 2100 Memorial Drive SE, Atlanta, GA 30317. When this page says “we,” it means the artist and the team that answers for them. You can reach us at booking@kairojames.example.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into a form on this site. The booking form asks for your name, your email address, your company, church or promoter, the venue and city, the dates you have in mind, the size of the venue, the kind of offer, and a message. The email list form asks for your first name and your email address.
Our website host keeps ordinary server logs (such as the date and your browser type) so the site stays online and secure.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your request and, if you joined the email list, to send you updates. We follow up by email only. Every email gives you a way to unsubscribe, and you can also write to us at any time to stop hearing from us.
We do not sell your information
We never sell your information or use it for advertising. We share it only with the tools we use to receive and answer your messages, such as our website host and our email system, and only so they can do that job for us.
Tickets, merch and support
This website never handles money. Links to buy tickets, merch or music, or to support the artist, lead to other websites run by secure providers, and those providers follow their own privacy policies.
Children
This site is for adults and families. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email booking@kairojames.example.com and we will delete it.
Video and links
Some pages show a thumbnail or link to a video on YouTube, a streaming service or another website. Music previews on this site play from this site only, and only when you press play. Those are run by other companies, and they follow their own privacy policies when you use them.
How long we keep it
We keep a form message for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep ordinary business records, about two years after your last contact. Ask us any time and we will delete yours sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to booking@kairojames.example.com or call (404) 555-0187.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
